Stuck in a conflict? Towards a solution together.
Not every conflict belongs in court. We mediate in a wide range of disputes and help both parties reach a workable agreement, calmly and with respect.
What is mediation?
In mediation, an independent third party guides both sides towards a solution they can support themselves. You decide the outcome together, while we safeguard the process and make sure everyone's interest is heard. It is voluntary, confidential, and aimed at restoring the relationship where possible.
Mediation is often faster, cheaper, and less stressful than a legal procedure. And if you cannot reach an agreement together, the route to court always remains open.
What conflicts do we mediate in?
Mediation fits many different situations. Some examples:
- A dispute between heirs about dividing an estate
- A business conflict between entrepreneurs, partners, or a supplier and client
- A deadlocked working relationship between employee and employer
- Disagreement within a family business or between co-owners
- A long-running conflict with a neighbour, association, or contract party
- Tensions that threaten to escalate and that you would rather resolve in good consultation
The common thread: both parties want to find a way out together and look for an outcome that feels reasonable and fair to everyone.
